We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Sales Consultant to join our Huddersfield team. This post is a weekend position with the potential for occasional weekdays.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and communication skills and be confident in dealing with customers. Experience working in a customer service environment is desirable but not essential. Full training and development planning is provided.

Main Duties:

– Delivering great customer service to all customers requiring storage, van hire and packaging materials
– Taking customer enquiries, face to face, on the telephone and via email
– Signing up new customers and selling products
– Advising customer storage needs and availability
– Inputting customer details on the database
– General housekeeping and maintenance of the store and warehouse

We have 2 Customer Service positions available (full time and part time) at our Bradford branch.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and communication skills and be confident in dealing with customers. Experience working in a customer service environment is essential. They will have GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English Language.
