We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Sales Consultant to join our Huddersfield team. This post is a weekend position with the potential for occasional weekdays.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and communication skills and be confident in dealing with customers. Experience working in a customer service environment is desirable but not essential. Full training and development planning is provided.
– Delivering great customer service to all customers requiring storage, van hire and packaging materials
– Taking customer enquiries, face to face, on the telephone and via email
– Signing up new customers and selling products
– Advising customer storage needs and availability
– Inputting customer details on the database
– General housekeeping and maintenance of the store and warehouse
