Our collection service is available for students living in a 3 miles radius from our facility.
This is FREE for students using our storage facility for longer than 4 weeks. Otherwise this is £20.00 per trip.
A supplementary charge will be made for Units 30 square feet and above.
Insurance and padlock hire is included in the weekly price.

I am an international student returning home over the summer, how long can I stay for?
As long as you like! If unsure how long you will be away for, we recommend you pay a rough idea of weeks upfront and we can add extra weeks when you return or refund any unused weeks.
Do I pay a security bond when I move in?
No bond is needed when moving into student storage.
I don’t have any transport, how can I move my belongings into storage?
We offer student collection services within a 3 mile radius of the store, contact us for more details.
Do you offer 24 hour access?
We do not offer 24 hour access for our student storage. 24 hour storage is only available for our outdoor shipping containers. If you were wanting to use outside shipping containers, you would need to pay full price. Get in touch for more information
How secure are your storage units?
All units are secure, with CCTV monitoring 24/7, intruder alarms, and alarmed storage units. Units are constructed from solid steel with hardwood floors and ventilation to keep your belongings safe.
Can I access my storage unit anytime?
Access is available during site opening hours, seven days a week. 24-hour access is only available for outdoor shipping containers.
Do I need insurance for my belongings?
Yes, all goods stored must be insured. You can use your own insurance policy or arrange low-cost cover through us when you move in.
How much notice do I need to give before leaving?
A short notice period is required before leaving storage. Please contact your local store to confirm the exact notice needed.
Will my belongings be secure?
We have 24 hour CCTV and you will be in charge of your own padlock and access to your unit.
