To bring you piece of mind when leaving your goods in storage it is a requirement that they are insured.If you already have cover for your goods we would need to see your certificate detailing this.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No, there are no deposits required. You’ll only be charged from your move-in date, not your reservation date.
What would I be covered for?
Our insurance covers most items but to be sure, click here to view the summary of our insurance policy. Feel free to contact us if you have any queries.
How secure are your storage units?
All units are secure, with CCTV monitoring 24/7, intruder alarms, and alarmed storage units. Units are constructed from solid steel with hardwood floors and ventilation to keep your belongings safe.
How much will this cost me?
The cost of your insurance would be dependent on the value of your goods. Contact us and we would be happy to provide you with a quote.
Can I access my storage unit anytime?
Access is available during site opening hours, seven days a week. 24-hour access is only available for outdoor shipping containers.
How much will my effects be covered for?
Your effects will be covered for the total value as declared by you to us on the acceptance form.
What is the minimum storage period?
The standard minimum storage period is four weeks. However, shorter stays may be possible, so it’s best to check with your local store.

Insurance information – we are exiting the Financial Ombudsman Service Voluntary Jurisdiction
This is to let you know that Stadium Self Storage will be exiting the Financial Ombudsman Service Voluntary Jurisdiction on 7th March 2024, as we changed the way we provide insurance to you with effect from January 2023.
If you have any complaints concerning the sale of insurance to you prior to January 2023, please raise them with us as soon as possible. You will then have the option of referring the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service before 7th March 2024 if we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction.
