Do I need to pay a deposit?

No, there are no deposits required. You’ll only be charged from your move-in date, not your reservation date.

How secure are your storage units?

All units are secure, with CCTV monitoring 24/7, intruder alarms, and alarmed storage units. Units are constructed from solid steel with hardwood floors and ventilation to keep your belongings safe.

Can I access my storage unit anytime?

Access is available during site opening hours, seven days a week. 24-hour access is only available for outdoor shipping containers.

What is the minimum storage period?

The standard minimum storage period is four weeks. However, shorter stays may be possible, so it’s best to check with your local store.

Do I need insurance for my belongings?

Yes, all goods stored must be insured. You can use your own insurance policy or arrange low-cost cover through us when you move in.

How much notice do I need to give before leaving?

A short notice period is required before leaving storage. Please contact your local store to confirm the exact notice needed.

Do you offer 24-hour access?

Yes, but only for outdoor shipping containers. Indoor storage units are accessible during opening hours.

Will my belongings be secure?

We have 24 hour CCTV and you will be in charge of your own padlock and access to your unit.

Am I entitled to discounts if I store long term?

We offer long term discounts for those that wish to prepay their rental upfront.

Do you provide removal services?

We have a self-drive van available for only £25 when moving into storage. Alternatively we can recommend reputable removal companies.
